To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The watch must be unused and unworn

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase/order number is required

Please note:

• Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not accepted

• Items showing signs of use, scratches, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
