Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, or use
ClassynFit reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional discounts
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the product
- A brief description of the issue
After review and verification, we will arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for approved return requests and eligible cases.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval.
If approved:
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless an incorrect or defective product was delivered
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative product or store credit where applicable.
